Whether the horizontal and vertical rubber strips need to be aligned

And we named them as dust tight line, water tight line and air tight line respectively according to the different sealing function of rubber strip.

This paper thinks that the vertical sealing rubber strip should be on the lateral side of the horizontal sealing rubber strip, so that the water entering from the vertical joint will be blocked on the lateral side of the watertight line without entering the isobaric cavity.
Unit column is not sealed and waterproof after connecting with each beam
After all beams (including upper and lower unit beams and middle beams) are connected with the unit column, weatherproof sealant should be injected between the screw head connecting the fixed beam and the column. Unit curtain wall panels are connected by pair inserts, and there are gaps between each other. After rainwater enters the outer or inner cavity, it is easy to enter the interior of the beam and penetrate into the room through the surrounding screw hole of the beam, so sealant should be injected between the screw head of the beam and the unit column to meet the waterproof requirements of the curtain wall system.
The middle beam under the structural beam is not provided with water collection and drainage structure
In general, the lining plate will be added in front of the structural beam as exterior decoration or auxiliary waterproof and heat insulation materials. In the case of temperature difference between indoor and outdoor between the lining plate and the facade panel or the facade panel is not injected with glue, it is easy to drop water or drip into the situation. Therefore, the unit curtain wall system should be provided with water collection and drainage functions above the beam below the curtain wall construction beam. Usually, the beam in the unit is provided with a curved catchment hole in front of the lining plate. The unit column at both ends should also set drainage holes within the scope of the collecting hole of the beam, so as to drain the water from the collecting hole to the outer cavity of the unit column, so as to realize water leakage.
