Because the isobaric cavity between the watertight line and the airtight line is basically connected to the outside (sometimes sponge is placed on the connected hole to prevent dust), the watertight line cannot prevent the infiltration of air, and the task of preventing air infiltration is completed by the last line of defense - the airtight line.
